The Paradoxical Relationship Between Voice and the Machine Interface

Voice as an interface has the highest potential for trust because it's tapping into our ancient systems, you know, which is relate to other humans. But it also has the highest risk of breaking. If I test a long voice flow, you can see the kind of lights go out in people's eyes. They kind of glaze over and they're like, oh, this is kind of, yeah. And so you have this paradoxical relationship that I assume will change over time as the capabilities of machines increase.
