Are China and the United States a Good Example?
China is currently responsible for producing roughly half of the world's production of steel. They have decided to build 45 new electric arc furnaces to produce hopefully a huge amount of steel based on recycling. In the United States, it's even more interesting because roughly 50% of the steel that is produced in the United States is produced with electric arc furnace.
