Is There a Special Approach to AI Liability?

The European Parliament rightly said strict liability for AI systems should be the way forward and now that's not what the Commission has done. The digital market is different than all the other markets so that's why we need a kind of a very special approach here on this issue may I react to that? We hope it will still be remedied by the European Parliament and by the Council of Ministers.
