Alcata - A Review
Alcida is not, never really been, or aspired to be, a hierarchical, command and control organization. Thee the leadership saw itself as the vanguard of a mass movement in which there was considerable decentralization and local cells to decide when and where to attack. And i'm hoping that the debate is on that level, rather than just sort of broad assumptions without any kind of attempt to document them empiricallyand it was very useful to have all evidence laid out in one place.
