Can Nargusman Combine Bayern's Native Characteristics With His Own Ideas?
I wouldn't have thought that Nargusman would be regarded as a project manager, but he is. Because he creates a philosophy and an identity. He doesn't just make the team win. There's more to it than that. So I think in his way, yes, he is a project manager. To bring back an essence of philosophy that they haven't had since Guardiola was there. But what Guardiola was so good at doing is combining Bayern's native characteristics with his own ideas. It feels as if there's a lack of genuine leadership on the pitch. Now maybe Sadio Mane, who is an understated leader, changes that. They need to give it a bit more time
