The Class Structure Deters Collective Action
The reason the system is stable isn't because of idea, it's because the structure underwrites its own reproduction. Once capitalism makes it so that everybody has to go out and look for a job, the norm is going to be that their main property is holding onJob. So how do i make collective action attractive to these workers? The way you get there is by treating them like people who are thinking and reasoning,. giving them dignity they deserve.
