"Liberals never ask questions, cause they're not their pseudo intellectuals. They're dopy," he says of liberals who believe in the brute force of government to solve all society's problems. Nearly 50 % of all rental units are owned by momm and pop landlords, people who own one or one or two properties. While renters may be able to escape paying their rent temporarily, the landlords must still pay the mortgage, property taxes and maintenance costs. So again, in a constrained vision of liberty and freedom, we have to consider the results of our policy decisions.
