The scripture says in ephesians six, put on the breastplate of god's approval. Instead of condemning ourselves, we need to start approving ourselves. If you don't like yourself, then other people are not going to like you. Don't go around feeling wrong on the inside. Acknowledging every mistake, every flaw, every weakness, every imperfection will help you overcome anything that's holding you back.
