The Derailment in Ukraine
Caitlin's home and business are both on Taggart Road, which is the road of the derailment. She evacuated 30 dogs between 8 p.m. Sunday night and 6 a.m. Monday morning. "The area looks like a war zone," Caitlin says. Some people left their animals behind because they didn't have a place to evacuate.
