The police are told about a man who matches one of the sketches and, wouldn't you know it, drives a red Bronco. Marvin Ray Dil has been on law enforcement's radar several times over the last two years for some really bizarre behavior. He was arrested earlier that same year in Evansville, Indiana for reportedly driving around and trying to solicit underage girls for sex.
