Are Insurrection and Sedition Criminal Offences?
Sedition and insurrection are crimes in the title 18 of the criminal code. There has clearly been a decision not to prosecute people under it yet, right? And there's automatica bar from holding us office. The more serious question is whether this will eventually be prosecuted as tious conspiracy - which i think does make sense.
