How to Schedule a Resistance Training Session

Do you put some of the calories in front or some of it at the conclusion of the workout how do you structure that? So, we're going to start with the training session first thing in the morning. It's not as critical to have a lot of carbohydrate on board because it's not as depleting as a cardiovascular workout. We look around 20 grams of protein before a resistance training session. You're getting 20 to 25 grams of protein within 30 to 45 minutes can then carbohydrate.
