I think there's a lot of similarities that concur whereas like I ended up doing a bunch of different jobs that I probably wasn't qualified to do but it's like those ingredients of like you know a focus the hard work and then continuous like learning. If you don't focus on the customer then you're going to waste your time and spend resources and all these other things, he says.
