Is the Data Analyst the First Hire?

i agree, i think y my original post, i initially said i think the data analist should be the first hire. But after hearing vin's kind of talk of how it should be not dividual hires, of a whole team,. Tha, that definitly changes my perspective. I would caviize that i still think the data analyst should be a first hire - but as some one to start building that use case in the data. And so, you know, get es that wat con hire, or is that what you'd go to a consultant for?
