Roland Martin: These incremental raises really do a big hit to how much house consumer can afford. Now you're also getting into a point where consumers that were able to lock in those lower mortgages throughout the pandemic. And soon after, what do you call an endemic time? You know, they are not able to trade up in house or I'm going to sell and buy down because now they don't want to let go of that little mortgage rate.
