The four companies have been able to deconstruct who we are as a species and then reassemble who we are in the form of four profit companies. Google is a modern man's God, if you will. Facebook has given us the ability to love at scale specifically through the empathy we develop with their photos. A strategy that's always worked in business is more for less. It's built into us over millions of years that more is good. Less results in starvation. Once we feel we're going to survive our next instance is to procreate.
