The Importance of Race in New York City

Abbott is now targeting five cities run by black mayors. The it may be true that they're all black and he's trying to get money from Washington. But they're all also sanctuary cities. I'm, you know, because I kind of live part of my time in York City. Black people are so much better than Los Angeles. And we do none of that here. Literally zero here.
