The on Line Safety Bill That's Making Its Way Through Parliament
On line safety bill puts on platforms a duty of care to prevent adverse any speech that could potentially pose adverse psychological harm. Even when speech is would be legal if set on the street or in a newspaper, it would bar it on line. Spencer: In an effort to sanatize the discourse, which i again, i don't think parliament is being particularly evil here, but i think there's overreach. Sanatizing the discourse can also lead us to a point where new ideas can't emerge on the history of potecast from that point forward.
