Designing for Diversity in the Workplace

Diversity initiatives are not just about who you employ. We've got to take this beyond just who's at the workplace, but what an organization. And also his point about how do you know that your tool or software or service is accessible? Well people with disabilities are using it. So in the end, if we're not seeing diversity among our users, we're failing. If you can't believe the best in people at your own workplace, then you will be struggling.
