The Proximity of the Body

I always felt there were proxies for the human body and having a body that is personally that is slightly anomalous to the ideal form. I'm perfectly happy with my body, but I think I'm hyper aware of how other people fit in their skin physically and mentally. And as an observer, that really feeds into the work. I'm always looking for the quirky anomalous thing that is very beautiful or strange. But this kind of voyeuristic and fascination artists have, figurative artists have as well with body.
