This sets the stage for opening statements to begin next week in the unprecedented criminal trial of a former president. Plus, little is known about Israel's retaliatory airstrikes on Iran or of any potential damage. Both countries appear to be downplaying the strikes, suggesting an effort to de-escalate tensions.
