The poles are largely unchanged from where they were before russia invaded ukrane. So would it be reasonable to project into the near future a situation where putin, or indeed president she in china could work away? That's clearly something that i think would encourage a someone like a presence in china who is all about trying to sew discord in the west. As he would see it, is more efficient and effective than these rather a discordant and unharmonious western democracies.
