The Biden Administration and the Democrats Are Panicked

The Saudis are terrified of these proposals for a price cap on oil. They don't want it. And instead of trying to deal with them on that issue, Biden and the Democrats have moved into full bore retaliation. This is such a trademark example of policy and sanity where you'd keep doing the wrong thing again and again and again...and expect a different result that never appears.
