I forage a lot and I know you do some foraging we'll get into that in a bit here. The amount of food you have to forge for to get the same amount of calories then hunting an animal and eating the meat and the fat just doesn't compare at all really. There's so much more than just calorie density when it gets back to that fat like when your gut and digestive fat is almost identical across all these different hormones that your body needs. Some of them look very similar to steroids and so when you break it down to the molecular level it kind of as you're saying  there's there's a reason why our ancestors ate a lot of fat and meat today
