Jiang's Fifth Anannihilation Campaign
Jiang had been launching one after another these annihilation campaigns. The only problem with these campaigns is that they didn't annihilate anyone. After four failures, Jiang was determined to prevail this time. When the Nationalist forces attacked Guangchang, it was time to evacuate. Joe worked on this plan in conjunction with Balku and Brown.
