Time is an issue for most of us. We can work with things that we know aren't strength for us, and it can actually help improve these skills. So a visual timer like i'm describing, it looks like a kitchen timer, but there's a red dialso you can see time elapse. There are ways that we can bridge the gap and help compensate for this thing that jams us up. In doing that, we're going to improve our own sense of time.
