Andy Hart: I think the whole, the whole drum that I'm banging is, you know, better client outcomes. As we said, in Ireland, this is progressing. It's slower, I guess. I'm estimating that we're eight years behind the UK in terms of that shift to financial planning. Clients are common to you now looking for a plan. Yes. They might need it, but they need a plan. They need a strategy and just been salt something. So, yeah, that's what is happening.
