Will the Supreme Court Overturn This Ruling?
The administration is expected to ask the supreme court to overturn this ruling. The Supreme Court is now widely viewed as split four four between a traditional left and more right leaning branch. So i think a four four tie is a fairly likely outcome. There are other permutations, but it's not obvious to me that the administration will find five votes on this eighth member court to overturned this ruling.
