The group is met with every week. It's more like, go and do a one-pager on your strategy. We need to that done by Friday. Under you make recommendations, other things being equal, you're going to take those recommendations on. And then through that process, you're continually reminding people about the ethos that this is a supportive group. Each of you have to love each other and forgive each other and not be harsh because we're all humans and we're learning.
