Citizen's Guide to Artificial Intelligence

Ai, artificial intelligence is just a special branch of computer science. It's the science of making computers produce behaviour that would be considered intelligent if they were done by human beings. So far, reproducing human abilities, even in very specific domains, such as being able to recognize an object or understand a sentence in a particular language, are extremely challenging. But on the other hand, computers seem to experience staggering difficulty with what most of us find really easy,. like opening a door or pouring cereal from a box.
