I changed my phone number a month ago. I scrolled all my text messages and deleted all 800. If they're important, they'll somehow get back to me some way. My morning routine is sitting with my match or my coffee - because I love super coffee as well. So I'm back on the like, and also not fully plant based, like mixing up the diet. The softer kinder I am, the happier I am. It's so much fun making my own food at home -- it's so much better than having people do that for you. But what's your nighttime wind down?
