The Importance of Mastery in Medicine

Most of us start out in one version or not of this career, that you're so focused on sort of just keeping your head above water and getting any of the basics right. You're often not exposed to these concepts until you're a little bit further along. And I think that is one of the big challenges of medicine is how do we bring these important skills back into the education and development and training of our health.
