Alex Castellanos: There was a lot going on between Raoul Castro and Fidel Castro. He says the two of them did have very different takes about communism in Cuba.Castro tried to meet Eisenhower, but he found an urgent golfing engagement so that he wouldn't have to meet Fidel. And later you have Che Guevara becoming more important; they were both interested in Chinese communism.
