In the 19th century, Paul Bunyan could kick his initials into the ceiling of a bunkhouse. The men were so used to being cold that they didn't need coats in their 50 below temperatures. They worked in short sleeves and straw hats because it was so hot. In spring, all the words unfrows at once, and the hillside rang for a day straight with the worst curse words you've ever heard.
