Is the Market Going to Crash?

When the next crash does come, will prices drop below 13 levels? How much do those waiting for a crash stand to gain by wating it out? And how much will those who own property to day lose? I don't believe that these pundants have any real advantage in predicting the market on you or me. The fact of the matter is that if you believe that the market will crash, you could be right. You could also be wrong. Or, and in my opinion, the worst and saddest waste of being able to say, i told you so,you could be right and still lose.
