A lot of lobbying has gone underground in recent years, in part, driven so by the obama administration campaign against lobbying. The difference is even bigger than bigger u, bigger than e comparison you just gave,. So many people areit, are engaging in lobbying activities, but not reporting lobbying rights or calling it lobbying. What regulations get made and don't make yet, all rare. They are very powerful, but very unknown.
