Gertrude cleo lithgo worked as a boot lugger in nassau, the capital of the bahamas. She excelled at seeking buyers and brokering liquor sales. Her tall, slender appearance made many people compare her to cleopatra. By 19 25 she decided to quit boot legging and instead focused on writing a memoir.
