Charley: I think that if this were actually inside of a free market, we wouldn't need to ration it. There are places around the country where the government literally forbids you to give food to the homeless. If you can give away the things, i'm just saying this from experience. The next day you're like, a cook, can you make too many steaks again? Can can you make some mistakes please?
