What Is the Future of Period Drama?

We're in the middle of a transition period. There's a lot of people who still want the old, you know, all white, clean and crisp and escapist peerodrama. But now, with streaming and broadcast going all over the world, people want to see perodrama that address their communities. And i think certain voices in the audience have had dominated a conversation far too long. The diversity demands an expanded content. Of course, i's always a struggle with money and what sells. One's not gong to sell. It's always easier to play, save for ses, take a risk.
