The Supreme Court's Two Competing Objectives

I'm not sure I completely buy into that but I see where you're going with that. Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito publicly dissented the votes of the other justices were not disclosed huh does that mean that the argument will not be disclosed as well can somebody give me a fact check are we gonna see not written arguments from the majority as well as the minority or has that come later? The Supreme Court has two competing objectives objective number one is to properly interpret the law according to the Constitution we don't make up our own laws let's just interpret the Constitution by its original intent that feels reasonable.
