Raytheon was a major US defense contractor and industrial corporation with manufacturing weapons and military. They bought them in-jutel and Excel or X, I don't know, I pronounce whatever, Excel, they bought it from Verizon is who owned it before. It looks like this was the, like, you know, says Harvard all over it. That's probably why something new with MIT.
