The Black Death by Homicide Rate

The reason that the black death by homicide rate is so high is because blacks are killing other blacks. It's a complete racial double standard. The people who are killing these black children are blacks. Blacks do not have anything to fear from whites. And Congressman Johnson black was sitting there telling everyone your props and she just was that just a portion of her testimony, you think for a second that she's been scripted or someone told her what to do.
