The Religious Duty to Care for a Widow

Paul tells Timothy that caring for a widow to elderly people in our life is a religious duty. It's not a matter of compassion or affection, although it can be that too. The elderly person in our lives is insufferable or unlovely. We still give them our resources on and out of goodness. That could be the hardest thing in the world to do.
