The One Belt and One Road Initiative Is an Attempt to Subordination of Eurasia to Chinese Interests

The one belt and one road initiative is an attempted subordination of Eurasia to Chinese interests. The United States answer to this was the Trans-Pacific Partnership TPP, which was negotiated under President Obama. But I don't see the revival easy in the current political context because of Trump's administration or because of the sentiment in the country as a whole. So we're now, as it were, without a strategy in East Asian region, vis-a-vis the Chinese and vis-o-vis others.
