Is Prayer a Form of Prayer?

This week's voice mail comes from meka hurstand from new york city, and we're really excited to hear it. I want to ask you what your thoughts are about prayer. Do you also feel that prayer is something that should wait till the end? Or perhaps with prayer s something that if you do it first, it can give you a sense of focus or self acceptance. And so i just want to make an argument that hope, if it comes first, anactually be super valuable.
