What Do You Think About Crewing?

The railroads are having a difficult time hiring crewing. Mike: What do you think changed with crewing? I mean, it used to be at the railroads when the volumes improved. They could hire back. Everyone was on furlough because they would make more on the railroad.What changed? You just tripped that to PSR? Is it worse lifestyle or how do you reconcile that? Yeah, I think there's several things at play here.
