If we can't afford that particular location, then we've wasted a whole heap of time. We're not ever going to be 100% sure on our particular location. If we are extremely bullish about one particular area, I think that's maybe a warning sign. Have we dug deep enough into what it is about that location that we really like? Are we emotionally wrapped up in that location because we live there?
