How to Deal With Anxiety
For me the anticipation of something is always where I still for the most it's always the worst part. Each panic attack simply gives me more experience in dealing with anxiety and more opportunities to put all these exercises into action that was quite a stretch. You want to bring in your thoughts and feelings in advance and then do the experiment and then look at the outcome and the learning. For example you might be going into an exam and you might be thinking oh my god I'm so screwed I'm gonna fail this exam stop right there is this a factor opinion again it's the latter.
