I think there's a bigger issue here as well. In a sense, the monarchy is about a family and it's been seen in that way right back to what's badget and the Victorians. He talks about how interesting it is to have a family on the throne. And that is, in a sense, what the House of Windsor has offered. It's been the firm. Part of the attraction of that is the soap opera side of it. So people are actively encouraged to take an interest in the positive side of their personal life. World weddings, royal anniversaries, and so forth. They're very much like families we know and sometimes our own families is kind of interesting
