Gary Gensler's Take on Decentralized Finance
Gensler argues that a lot of this so-called decentralized finance isn't really decentralized. He is proposing rules now to make sure that you can set some guidelines for AI. But he did say in our interview, it will be the crisis of 2032 or 2028 and the after-action report will really be about an issue involving machine learning and AI.
